Bronze DofE Award (14+ Years)
To achieve your Bronze Award, you need to complete the following sections:
Volunteering
3 Months
Physical
3 Months
Skills
3 Months
Further Activities
You must also undertake a further three months in the Volunteering, Physical or Skills section
Expedition
Plan, train for and complete a 2 day, 1 night expedition
Chief Scout’s Platinum Award (14+ Years)
In addition to the above to gain your Chief Scout’s Platinum Award you need to complete the following:
Scout Membership
Be a member of Explorer Scouts/Scout Network for at least six months
Nights Away
Complete six nights away, four of which must be camping
Activities
Complete two activities as an Explorer Scout or Scout Network member from the lists available on www.scouts.org.uk/ive (each should be from a different section)
