Request a Supervisor
Information
This form is for leaders or participants in Suffolk wanting to run a practice or qualifying expedition but are in need of a supervisor. We will contact all Suffolk Scouting registered supervisors with your request via email and update you once a supervisor is found. Please note that we cannot guarantee to find a supervisor and alternative dates might be necessary. For qualifying expeditions, an assessor is also required before running the expedition. Please see the Assessor Request Form if you need to request an assessor.
A unique supervisor request number will be generated to document your request. Within a short period of submitting this form, your supervisor request and number should be view-able from the 'Pending Supervisor Requests' button below.
